Delete my account
Your data is yours. Leaving should be as easy as joining, and this page will always be the place to do it.
There are two ways to delete your Tujuane account. The fastest is inside the app: your profile stops being visible to anyone straight away, and your data is erased after a 14 day window in case you change your mind. If you cannot reach the app, email us and we will do it for you.
In the app
Open Settings, then Delete account. You will be asked to confirm, and deletion then starts a 14 day grace period. Nothing is erased during those 14 days, so if you change your mind you can cancel by logging back in before the grace period ends. After that the deletion runs and cannot be undone.
By email
If you have lost access to the app or your phone number, email us from the address on your account, or tell us the phone number you signed up with, and we will delete the account for you. The same 14 day grace period applies, and we will confirm when it is done.
